Proactive Business CentreThe Pro-Active Business Centre was developed for a high throughput mail order and dispatch company that required speed of processing and high volume data storage and retrieval.

This solution was part of a total network upgrade that included Servers, Work Stations, Thin Clients and SQL Server. The whole roll out was competed within 12 months from inception of concept to delivery.

 ACTEBS worked closely with the client to ensure all the aspects expected from the application were delivered which included:

           * Costs
           * Promotional Response
           * Nomination of give away products
           * Nomination of courier method
           * Nomination of dollar value discounts

2.      Multiple Businesses:

          * Enabled to have marketing plans from various businesses channeled through the one application

3.      Stock Control:

           * Products taken out of inventory once sold
           * Stocktaking facility
           * Part Products accounted for

4.      Reporting:

           * Sales
           * Stock/Inventory
           * Banking

5.      QAS (Quick Address System) Implementation:

           * The system collects customer address details directly from the QAS system and stores them with the customer details. This helps eliminate the product being delivered to a non-existent address. For more info http://www.qas.com

6.      Dispatch Monitoring:
