The Total Fleet Management Systems was developed for The Shell Company of Australia to monitor and maintain the heavy vehicle fleet of fuel delivery trucks. This is an extremely complex software system that derives data from multiple external sources like SAP, TAILS, Breeze Back Office and amalgamates the data.

The TFMS system has further uses as a management tool for Distribution Managers and Administration staff. It can be used for a host of historical analysis and reporting from Utilisation, Incident Reports, Due Diligence to Diesel Fuel Grants reporting.

The Shell Distribution team and ACTEBS have addressed all the needs pertaining to Fleet Management and its issues. This application is based on providing The Shell Company with a tool capable of minimising their workload in relation to the fleet management process.
